Underfloor insulation and vapour barrier insulation
Job description
Kia Ora, We require placement of a vapour barrier and underfloor insulation in our 1960s home. The home has a concrete ring foundation and piles, T&G floorboards with 2 manholes at opposite ends of the home. From previous enquiries, there is sufficient space for access and I have entered this space myself previously. There is some light debris under the house from previous demolition work (most of the rubble has previously been removed). We do not anticipate this will interfere with the planned work. Our home is approximately 95 square metres. If you're able, please provide a rough cost estimate and the type of insulation you'd recommend :) Thank you!

We had some scheduling issues which seemed unavoidable. We had a complex job on our hands which slowed proceedings down, as did staff illness. All understandable. Eileen was pretty good at keeping us in the loop and our job was brought forward a day which suited us much better. The installers were lovely. Our home is much drier and our feet much warmer. We are so glad the job has been completed. Thanks team!
