We have existing Expol underfloor insulation that has fallen to the floor in places or has moved out of position after the earthquakes. I need the existing Expol to be put back into place and clipped into position. Some places will need new insulation (either expol or blankets) secured into place. The total floor area is approx 200m2, and about 85% is either in place but needs adjusting and securing or has fallen to the floor and needs to be put back up. About 15% will need to be replaced with new product. There is no moisture barrier in place but it is dry under the house. I would also consider installing a moisture barrier. Please note that the access point is a bit low but then opens up under the rest of the house so it would have to be installed by someone who is happy with lower access initially. Toby and Lee were very professional, reliable and courteous. They did an excellent job, over and above what was anticipated and in a tight underfloor space which was quite restrictive. Communication was always good and they tidied away any mess when they finished. I would happily recommend them to others and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
