Job description
Rental property has no underfloor insulation, needing to insulate for compliancy, but only want to consider the most cost effective option, do not want to look at top market suggestions, we lived there without underfloor for 20 + years and had no issues. The in roof insulation is compliant. House size 240sqm however approx 30sqm excluded as not accessible

When we asked for changes in scope of work Nick happily re quoted and was patient waiting for our reply to assign him the job. He communicated clearly and quickly so no misunderstandings occurred during the process of installation of underfloor insulation. We will not hesitate to use his skills again
