We have a rental house on Springfield Road, Christchurch which needs underfloor insulation to bring it up to the new code. It's 146sqm footprint and have had a quote from PinkFit Carters. They have allowed for using PinkBatts Cassic Snugfloor R1.6Narrow with an extra cost for a vapour barrier + debagging. Looking for reasonable quotes with no hidden extras please.
