Sound Proofing wall between offices #2

We require to sound proof a wall between two offices, we require the following done: We do not want the present GIB removed as there is insulation already in it and still not sound proofed to our expectation. We would like a soundproof blanket mounted on the existing wall and sound line GIB put over it and directly fastened on the wall. Either a frame may be used to mount the GIB or can be directly mounted. A secondary option of framing and adding soundproof insulation over the blanket and Gib over it can also be considered.
