Exterior and ceiling wall insulation
Job description
Our existing 1950s brick house is undergoing a complete reno with the interior cladding being taken off. Council requirements are to install polystyrene sheets for all external walls leaving a 20 mm dry cavity. Pink batts for ceiling. underfloor already has insulation. Open to labour only contract as we have a supplier to provide the polystyrene sheets or a supply and install complete job. Expectation to start the work is next weekend 25th Oct . Would prefer to deal with someone who may have done a similar retrofit job in the past.
