Ground Vapour Barrier

House floor areas is roughly 99 square meters. We are wanting a ground vapour barrier installed with polyurethane sheets (at minimum 250-micron thick) installed. The area needs to be swept for any debris prior to installation of the sheets - currently is is well maintained without any rubbish or major debris however this is just a percussion sweep in case of loose rocks etc. The sheets need to be secured with stapes/pegs into the ground and also secured/taped around the concrete foundation. There is good access into the crawl space underneath the house which is on a slope and hence the largest height is about 1.6m and the lowest areas is still about 0.6m. Installer will have to supply all tools and supplies (sheets/tape/pegs etc)
