Installing Expol
Job description
We have a 1940's bungalow that has expol (polystyrene) insulation. It was expol'ed about 8 years ago. Some of this insulation has come loose and just needs repositioning and securing, while some sections are missing. I estimate about 10% needs repositioning, while a further 10-15% is missing overall (in places). I have some spare expol onsite that can be used in this instance. Total floor size of house is 106m/sq Underfloor access is decent, with a good 500-600mm clearance with the trapdoor coming off a shared driveway. Just wanting someone to come in and sort this out and leave the underfloor nice and clean. Keen for this job to be completed on Mon 21st or Tues 22nd Oct, but flexible with this.
