Livs Insulation

I am wanting to get a quote to insulate my home. Currently there is no insulation in the ceiling, so there would be no removal as I have done this myself. The floor area of the house is 190sqm (ish) and a brick villa so the roof space is large. There is ample standing room throughout the roof space (except along the meeting of the roof and soffit, but still pretty accessible). There is access to the roof via a cupboard from one of the bedrooms by ladder which is fairly easy and has a gap large enough for a bale to squeeze through I am pretty sure. I am interested in prices for materials and labour inclusive.
