1930s stucco duplex with wooden floors needs insulation and ground barrier under the floor with a low cavity. A doorway on the side of the house needs to be established for access. Maybe around 70m2. Expol preferred because it doesn't shrink or compact over time.

"Kaiser Property was great from start to finish, and the job was excellent. I had my doubts because the floor was so close to the ground and I just couldn't expect anyone to put insulation in the little cavity. Two very cheerful men came and did the job beautifully and took extensive photographs for me so that I didn't have to put my head under the floorboards! No need to go anywhere else. I am referring these people to my friends and family."
