No insulation in the roof cavity in the sunroom at our house - I believe it used to be a porch in an old bungalow. I don’t think the ceiling panels can be lifted, so I suspect the easiest way to get insulation in is by removing a roof panel, installing insulation and then replacing. Room is approx 10sqm Mount roskill
