A 4 sq m. approx area of ceiling space needs to be insulated to match the rest of the ceiling space which is already insulated. Min 185mm thick rated R3.6 or better insulation needs to be fitted. Pic shows installed insulation material, but a small area has been missed, access has been created.

Job was a bit tricky but good communication with tenant, good workmanship with insulation instal, cleaned up. Would use again.
