Inspect and Assess repair cost

I have made an offer to buy a property in Murupara and the owner said there is a bit of tidying up needed in the property. I need a builder to go to the property to inspect and assess what needs to be done and give a quote to get the property to great condition again. If I go ahead and buy the property then I will get you to do the repair. Thanks
