Builder's Report at short notice!

I'm submitting a bid on a property where the tenders close at 4pm Wed (tomorrow!). Just wondering if there's a good builder out there who's available by chance on Wednesday to conduct a Builder's Report? The written report can come later - but want to be able to remove conditions on the property. If so, what would the cost be? Please drop me a message!
