Inspection to find out source of dampness in the roof cavity

I am having an issue this year where I'm getting condensation in the windows inside the house, despite having a SmartVent system. The technician from SmartVent said that there is dampness in the roof cavity which could be caused by a leak in another part of the house. I would like to have someone come and do an inspection to find out the source of the dampness, whether there are issues with the roof or if it is coming form somewhere else in the house.
