Interested in getting a current market appraisal of a 520 sq m parcel of land in Aro Valley that is comprised of the back sections of two adjacent properties. Don't need subdivision costs estimated, just the estimated value of the bare land if it was subdivided. Doesn't have to be a registered valuation, as not required for official purposes. The land is steep but easily accessed. Already have a registered valuation of one of the two back sections done in June 2021 by a registered valuer that I can supply. Will supply further details of land parcel and address to interested parties. This will be for determining price to pay current landowners- not looking for property developers to purchase the land as plan to build on it with another family.
