Im currently purchasing this property and was wondering if the following can be looked at so i can have an estimate on how much i need to spend to get them approved or if the property is even worth buying in the first place:

-Block retaining wall has been replaced with timber pole retaining wall with no approved plans or Council inspections.(Wall needs to be built as approved plans)
-Build laundry as per approved with appropriate council building and plumbing inspections
-Demolish existing porch and erect new timber stairs and landing as per approved plans with appropriate council inspections.
-Barrier on existing unauthorised timber retaining wall to be removed and re-built in accordance with NZ building code and B1 structure and F1 requirements.

At this stage im mainly concerned with the retaining walls. If need be i can provide the Building consent number.
