Pre-auction builders inspection - verbal report
Job description
I'm one of the mad people trying to purchase a new family home in this crazy property market. As most houses are going for auction and we are likely to miss out, I would like a builder who could do a verbal report of a house inspection at a discounted price, compared to a written report. I do not want to be forking out huge amounts of money each time I go to auction but I need to assured that the property is sound and has no major hidden issues. I'd like to be able to call/email the builder when I find a property I like, and they can arrange with the agent to gain access for inspection. I would like quotes for this type of work. Thank you.

A very thorough verbal building inspection before an auction. Worked in with the real estate agent and provided some good advice about what the property needed to me over the phone. Would highly recommend.
