Building inspection - a

Need someone to inspect a 'relocate' for gaining council consent. We are hoping to purchase a house out at Craig Walker Removals, Kumeu. It is 1960s bungalow with three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It needs to be inspected for the usual list of requirement expected by the council - structural integrity, roof, floor, general condition, wiring, plumbing and so on. Please let us know if there is anyone out our way, and a rough idea of price for this exercise. We are currently shopping around for quotes. Many thanks, Hamish.
