Need a building inspection/report done on a cottage in Titirangi I've put an offer on... Builders report is one of conditions and also will need for insurance purposes if sale proceeds. Please contact asap as I have 6 working days left... Looking for a fair price (sole parent on a shoestring budget trying to buy a home for my kids,)

Master did a very thorough builders inspection for me, on a house I was considering buying. He was lovely to deal with and gave great feedback about the issues which helped me make the decision about to not go ahead with the purchase. I would recommend master without hesitation.
