Inspect and diagnose circuit breaker tripping, and quote to remedy; heatpump

Home is a 1960s build. Location is very close to the Lincoln Road motorway offramp. The circuit breaker is outside the house, and has a smart meter installed. It started to trip during last winter, starting after a few weeks of heavy electricity use during winter, and continues to trip more easily now even with less appliances connected. Would like the problem diagnosed, and a quote provided to remedy the issue up to standard. Please also let me know if it is a no obligation quote and if there are any inspection charges. Would also like a quote for running dedicated circuit for existing heatpump, and the supply and/or install of new heat pump (around 5kw).
