Home moisture inspection and remediation recommendations

Inspect three ground floor bedrooms in a 1950s Titirangi home, which has a concrete slab floor and a combination of concrete and wood framed (rimu) walls. (Note: The exposed concrete and wood frame walls have a painted roughcast exterior and concrete nib walls below ground level are sealed with bitumen .) Check for damp in the interior walls of the three bedrooms and if damp is significant, suggest possible causes and provide an estimate of the cost of remediation. Inspection is pre-sale.
