Dear Trader, I have a property to be inspected as soon as possible, please. The Auction is happening on the 4th of October (next Friday). The recent renovation for that property included the following: 1. Floors sanded and polished/stained 2. Fireplace removed (interior and exterior), wall te-instated and heat pump installed 3. Removed hot water cylinder for gas infinity 4. Kitchen renovation 5. Laundry renovation 6. Bathroom renovation. We will send through the waterproofing certificate for the wet areas. 7. Painted (Interior and exterior) 8. Electrical upgrade - new switchboard and meter box. We will send through the electrical safety certificate. 9. installed brand new fence with electric gate and ran power to the electric gate.
