Market Valuation - Land purchase for subdivision

I require a market valuation to be done on a parcel of land to be purchased for a 78 lot subdivision, required for bank funding. Valuation should include market comparison and hypothetical subdivision methodologies (and/or any other recognised valuation methodologies). This is an urgent request, willing to pay more if job can be completed on an urgent basis.
