Work has been identified to bring our building into compliance with fire safety standards Quotations welcome: 1/Security relay not mounted in panel. Battery requires replacing (12v 7 A/H) 4 x smoke detectors Zone C office area within 1 metre of aircon outlet. Entrance lobby requires a heat detector to be installed. 1 x smoke detector required by Fire Alarm panel due to spacing of detectors Zone A warehouse area requires additional heat detectors to be installed due to the C chanel beams on roofline.additional detectors installed. 2/ Heats in Zone A warehouse are incorrectly spaced. Some heats are more than 5m off walls and 7m centers. Petrusions are also 200mm deep and detectors requires 2/3 spacings. Note: several heats will need to be installed to comply. 3/1x smoke detector required between smoke detectors by FAP as they are 12m apart. 4/ 4 x smoke detectors in Zone C office area within 1m of ac outlets. 5/ No detection in entrance lobby
