Written weathertightness report, completed by a registered building surveyor

Need to have a home inspected by a registered building surveyor to produce a written weather tightness report. Inspection needs to be done by no later than Monday, 22 February (preferably sooner). Inspector needs to have appropriate indemnity insurance with moisture coverage, and ability to do thermal imaging plus invasive testing. House built in late 90s with exterior plaster cladding. House is 143 m2 floor area total.
