Builders report

We are looking at purchasing a house just out of Greytown and require a builders report before proceeding any further. Can you please provide an estimate to have this done? We are after a full inspection report that covers under the floor (piles), up to the ceiling, exterior & interior wall cladding, windows, doors, roofing including if there are potential leaks and comments on every room. If possible, we would also like the plumbing and electrics looked at and advise whether there are potential issues in these areas that need addressing.
