We would like an inspection of a property we are going to purchase on Waterholes Road (Broadfield) Rolleston, from a registered builder. We would like the builder to: a) Provide a very brief letter to say the building has been inspected and is (or is not) structurally sound (for our peace of mind before going unconditional) b) To complete an "Earthquake damage property information form" from AMI Please respond with a quote for completing this work. We are looking for someone who can do this on Monday/Tuesday ideally (27/28 August). You must be a registered NZ builder.
