We are looking for an urgent assessment of a property that we are intending to purchase. We need the inspection report by Tuesday, 22nd Dec to meet the Sale and Purchase agreement timeline. The building assessment report should also include the closest tie in point for water, electricity and sewer line for any future development (granny flat or two bedroom unit) at the rear of the property.
