I’m looking to buy this land and house package, valuation needed for bank, their current approved valuer date taking too long and I need done at or before coming Thursday the 30th otherwise my contract with vendor will lapse. It’s an urgent valuation job and I would have to at least get it done and convince the bank of its validity, but that a task I would do. There is no house to actually inspect, it’s still just a plot of land with plans on build
