Job description
We will be putting our house on the market and would like for an independent inspection which we can present to prospective purchasers. Availability of this week or the weekend preferable.

We used Hawk eye for a pre-purchase inspection to provide to potential buyers of our house. Noel was thorough for checking for water issues. He marked the property down for lack of sub-floor access, on a concrete slab! Did not respond when questioned about this. Also did not ask us to move things under the sinks, instead went with the 'not accessible' tick box, even though we were there the whole time.

"Hello Julian, sorry you are feeling this way. We pride ourselves on our thoroughness of investigation when doing an inspection. The standard we follow automatically marks down concrete sub floors, due to not being able to do a evasive inspection, as we previously communicated with you. As detailed in the pre-engagement letter the report only records the observations and conclusions of the Inspector about the readily observable state of the property at the time of inspection."
