Retaining Walls Valuation

We have extensive retaining walls, both wooden and crib block. They are on 3 sides of the boundary and there are additional terraces. None exceed 3 meters in height. Out insurer requires a valuation as without they limit at $20000. We think replacement would cost well in excess of that.
