My house has recently developed several cracks inside. Most of them are minor, but one in the corner of the house is wider at the top (photo attached). There is also a gap between the wall and the ceiling outside, very close to where the internal crack is located. I’m keen to know if it’s something I should address. P.S. The house is built on piles (i.e., no concrete foundation), and artificial weatherboard is used as cladding
