house inspection before buying

Hi there. i have seen that one house that i want to buy it but i found the exterior was bulit by Palliside material at 2007. i 'm not familiar with this material and im not sure if this is reliable for long lasting and would you please give me offer to inspect who got professional inspect this kinds of thing and internal housing inspection in flat bush area. thanks.
