Hi there, we are looking into purchasing a 1950s home in Howick, We have a building report completed but are needing extra information regarding some unconsented work. The council is aware of this and won't take legal action if it remains Safe and Sanitary so we are needing some advice on this? As well as to check the cladding for Water Ingress.
