We have had a property inspected and based on the report, there were 3 items that needed fixing. The vendors have since fixed them. We would like a builder to go in and re-inspect only the 3 areas that were fixed. The 3 issues were as follows: 1. Bathroom: dampness reading around the skylight area and a shower box leakage 2. dampness reading in one bedroom wall 3. windows sealing We are not after a full inspection or a full written report.
