I’ve recently had an offer accepted on a house and am looking for a qualified builder to carry out a pre-purchase / builder’s inspection.

I’d like the builder to check the overall condition of the property, including:

Structural integrity

Any visible defects or maintenance issues

Signs of moisture, water damage, or poor workmanship

General compliance and build quality

This inspection is required as part of my due diligence, so timing is important.
