Solar / Inverter Electrical Inspection

I am looking for an electrician to inspect, (fix if needed) and sign off an electrical system in a van. NZ regs require the AC 240v side of this system to be signed off by a qualified person. System is currently installed but has not been turned on. System is fully accessible so you can see everything and is build with top end Victron components.
