Builder required to do a builders report-Tokomaru Bay

I am looking for a qualified/registered builder to conduct an inspection on a property in Tokomaru Bay (North of Gisborne). It is an old 1950's 3 bedroom home with a large living area, kitchen and one bathroom located on the beachfront. We are interested in the overall state of the house i.e cladding of the house, state of the framework, potential rot in interior room walls,state of roof and celings in two front room and overall water integrity of the house. Our msin concern is the two front rooms. We are looking at weather or not it is worth spending money doing up the two front rooms or getting rid of them both and focsuing our time and money fixing up the entire house depending on what is found on the report.Hopefully there is someone out there that can do the job.
