Louisa Samson - Water down the walls and ceiling

Hi, We have water on our walls in two bedrooms in the house. In one of the rooms there was also drops of water on one of the corners of the ceiling. We have called insurance and they have asked us to have an inspection organised. We need to have the inspection before we can determine what needs to be done - ie where the water is coming from and how to fix it. So we don’t know at this stage what the cost will be
