Estimated valuation of planned new-build property

We require a Registered Valuer’s report of the estimated value of the land & finished house "As if Complete", based on the council approved plans; the new-build property will be on the Cashmere hills. This is required for mortgage pre-approval within the next 2 weeks if possible, please feel free to provide a quote.
