We'd like a building report and maintenance plan for a property that contains: a 3 bedroom house a garage with sleepout and bathroom and one-bedroom self-contained unit. If healthy homes assessment possible that'd be great. We need it done on a Saturday, ideally 20th to combine with an electrician. House is vacant and we're preparing to rent it.
