Te Onepu Homestead and Cottage "Health" Check

Looking for a plumbing/roofing and electrical "health" check on a recent purchase in Te Onepu, CHB. Two dwellings to inspect - main homestead and cottage. Works to be completed this week. A report will be required stating the general condition of the plumbing/roofing and electrical works and the approximate year last works were done on the property. NB: Plumber also needed to replace tap in kitchen, unclog shower drain and fix 3x toilets cisterns not filling from bore water supply. Electrician to fix blown fuse in laundry.
