We need our new home valued so NZI will insure it from settlement date (7 April) - someone totally incompetent at NZI (Lantern) told me in February it was very straight forward & I could attend to this just a few days before settlement & sent me an online quote tool - which I used earlier this week and found it is limited to homes of $2.0m (ours is higher). NZI will not insure it without a replacement valuation. We cannot find anyone who can do this in time
