Hi there, need a builder to please provide a pre-auction inspection. We'd like to know as much as possible regarding the following: — Structural integrity Roofing and cladding Gutterings + flashings above windows Foundations, subfloors + piles under house Internal walls, ceilings + insulation Weatherboards Chimney + brickwork Wiring and plumbing Moisture and weather tightness Borer? Greg was extremely diligent and we really appreciated him doing this inspection for us at extremely short notice. After having multiple inspections done on other properties over the past few months this has been the most thorough job and we're really hoping we win the auction tomorrow so we can work with Greg again on the remedial work required to get this villa in tip top shape.
