Insurance valuer

My daughter owns one of twelve units in mt eden . Each unit is owned privately, but the whole building is in a company and each unit is owned by a shareholder . The insurance needs to be renewed and some of the units have not been well maintained, there needs to be a separate valuation for each unit.
