Air conditioning/heating installation in my apartment

Hello, I am keen to find a solution and to install heating/cooling system in my apartment. This is to be used mainly for cooling during hot weather as I already have a gas heater for heating. It’s one bedroom apartment about 70 sq m, one plan, with the balcony, Wellington central. No problems with electrical supply. Looking forward to hearing from you to arrange a visit. Thank you
