Heatpump expansion / upgrade

Hi. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 story 110sqm townhouse. I currently have 1 heatpump in the downstairs lounge (5.4kW?), which came with the house. After the recent cold snaps, and general Wellington winters, I'm keen to get input on how I can get more of the house warmer, easier. (Downstairs kitchen, upstairs bedrooms & bathroom). Current heatpump: - Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-GE42VA / MUZ-GE42VA - 5.4 kW I've included a floorplan of my neighbour's townhouse, which is more-or-less the same. Thanks!
