Woodburner has a wetback, located 1 meter from the new water heater, sitting on a hearth, I have a complete flue including hat, but need a professional to do the install and paperwork through the ceiling (2.4 standard) into a 9%pitch roof made out of new t55 roofing iron. House had a built in standard fireplace with standard concrete chimney which has been removed, so there's just a blank wall, no issues there, a blank canvas. Located 5 minutes up West Coast Road from Oratia, easy access, flattish safe completely new roof 9degree pitch. I am happy to sort you out with folding if that's easier for you, no problem.
