Heat Pump Installation

Good morning Team, I hope you are doing well. I am seeking a quotation for the installation of a heat pump, approximately in the 3.5 kW range, to be installed on the second floor of my home from ground level. Based on initial assessment, the pipe run may be slightly longer than usual, estimated at around 15 metres, unless the outdoor unit is installed on the roof. I will upload photos shortly to assist you in determining the most practical and efficient installation approach. Please note that this request is for quotation purposes only at this stage. I would appreciate it if you could provide: A quotation for supply and installation, including details of the unit you would recommend (preferably with smart and Wi-Fi capability). A separate quotation for installation only, as I may be able to supply a Samsung heat pump myself due to access to special pricing. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
